This is a very versatile recipe. You can change the dressing marinade, the meat, and the cheese to give it different flavors. Have fun!
6 Pork chops
1C. Caesar Vinaigrette salad dressing
Water if needed
1C. Flour
1C. Bread crumbs
1/2t. Salt
1/4t. Pepper
4 Eggs
Oil
1 can Cream of mushroom or chicken soup

Once the meat has marinated-
Grease and set aside baking dish, heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
Place oil in frying pan and heat.
In a shallow bowl/dish mix together flour, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl beat eggs.
Place marinated meat in eggs to coat. Repeat in flour mixture.
Once meat is covered with flour, place in hot oil and brown on both sides.
Place in prepared baking dish.
Mix together soup and milk, pour over meat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cook in oven for 20-25 min.
Serve over potatoes or rice. We ate this with potatoes and had Broccoli on the side.
Would also be great with a garden salad, or french bread.
Note: Cooking time may need to be adjusted if you change the type of meat.
